As an elite athlete, I train two to three hours a day. The rest of the day is dedicated to recovery to maximise the impact of the training I've done, as well as getting ready for a new day of training. I get my best recovery from Jensen beds. I fall asleep fast, and wake up refreshed and ready for a new day at work. My key to success is good sleep and rest; that's why I choose Jensen.
