RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new and in its original packaging.

Items are ineligible for return under any of the following circumstances:
-Beds and mattresses made to order.
-Used items, except when defective.

We will refund the full amount of the returned products, excluding the cost of the return shipping.

Returns that are damaged, stained or altered will not be accepted.

As soon as we have received and accepted the returned items, your money will be returned to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
